What You'll Do Responsible for the washing, folding and pressing of linens and terry - all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way! Some of your responsibilities include: * Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting. * Launder all dirty towels. * Fold towels and stock them on shelves. * Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures. * Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen. * Stock amenity table for afternoon. * Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas. * Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found. * Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner. * We all wear multiple hats here at Kimpton. You may need to take on responsibilities outside of this job description at times, as we all do. What You Bring * High School Diploma is preferred. * 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role. * Hardworking with a real passion for customer service. * Basic writing skills, professional communication skills. * Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
